History of the Institute

St. Petersburg Institute of Hospitality – non-state educational institution of higher education – was established in 1994. The Institute has been training specialists in tourism and hospitality through the unique educational program for 20 years.

Managers in tourism, hospitality, catering, finance and business has been trained since the establishment up to now. The Institute became the participant of the Russian Association of the non-state educational institutions.

Many graduates of the Institute achieved professional success: they became owners of medium business and small business enterprises, including Russian travel agencies, small hotels, cafes and restaurants. Graduates of the Institute became professionals in such famous hotel chains as Radisson, Park Inn, Corinthia, Novotel.
